Mom& Dad were saved in an old time REVIVAL SERVICE/western PA. They listened to a Pittsburgh radio station where they heard PERCY CRAWFORD of Pine Brook Melodies. Saturday pancakes for breakfast meant we 4 kids would sit @ listen as we ate… our parents knew how to make God’s Word & godly men more appealing.

I am pretty sure I remember hearing my grandmother tune into the Good Ship Grace and I believe she received The Log as well. I have listened to Haven Today since 2000 or so and so appreciate the varied musicians and guests that Charles Morris books for the program. I have been blessed by listening to Haven and appreciate its history of continuing to tell the world “History” it truly is all about Jesus! Thank you !
I am a regular Haven listener since about the age of 8. The ringing of the bells brought such peace to my little heart as I looked out from my bedroom window to see fireflies above the ripening corn in the fields. I think I fell asleep many nights listening to Haven of Rest. Through my life, I have learned about the safe haven of wisdom, trust,and obedience to a Savior that has left nothing undone for us to know him.
The ‘ship’s’ ropes continue to hold fast and has created a thread of faith from my Grandparents, to parents, to me and now to my children and their children. Thank you team for sharing the talents given you to bring souls to Christ Jesus
I too grew up with the sounds of the Haven of Resr broadcast filling our home with all eight of us children listening in front of the floor length wooden radio while getting ready for church on Sunday mornings. Our father pastored a small church out in the state of Montana. What a legacy it has been to thousands of people, especially as the world turns its face away from God. as a result of this influence, our family has one son, two son-in-law‘s, one grandson and three nephews serving the Lord as full-time pastors across our nation. Thank you for this incredible blessing, God gave us. May you continue to send forth the good news of Jesus’s redemption for all.

I started to listening to the Haven of Rest beginning with Paul Evans,First Mate Bob,& the Haven of Rest Quartet on to the present! I was blest & am blest! I started to help support them finanacially & continue to the present!I am gladHaven Ministries(Haven Today) is ALL ABOUT JESUS and will continue to be so,in a world that needs it!
