In it’s fifth week of trial, a Federal Judge in Pennsylvania continues to hear a case of parents suing a school board. At issue is whether high school biology teachers can mention Intelligent Design as one option for creation. While the trial goes on in Harrisburg with the main issue being evolution, there’s a greater issue at stake and it will never be taught in a public school.
