Originally Refuge was conceived by Walt Harrah as a Haven project when great fears arose with the arrival of Y2K. But the album came into its own when many thousands were blessed by this careful blend of Scripture and song in the days following September 11, 2001. Today, Haven Ministries is offering it again as the world faces the growing COVID-19 Pandemic.
