"Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the
law of sin and death."
(ROMANS 8:1-2)

Romans 8
Have you ever thought of the stories we’ll hear in heaven? There will be reports of people from every age of human history, each telling his or her testimony of faith in Christ. I look forward to that day!

Matthew 12 and Mark 3 speak of an unpardonable sin. It’s an idea that is often misunderstood. It is exactly that: unforgivable, because it is to die refusing to acknowledge Jesus as Savior and Lord. Other than that, there is not a sin we can commit on this earth that Jesus cannot save us from. Heaven will have stories of men and women saved from lives that were full of sin.

Over his or her Christian life, every believer matures to an ever-deepening awareness of sin. Like Paul in Romans 7, we may encounter bouts of anguish, lamenting our past sins. The sins of our past haunt us because we see Christ as more and more holy. However, as preachers say, praise God for Romans 8! We are no longer condemned by our sins, and we exult in our Christ-won freedom. Christ’s blood knows no limit to its cleansing power.
