“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?’”

John 11:25-26
Christianity is a historic faith. Either Jesus was resurrected, or He wasn’t. If He was, then He is God. There are many (like C.S. Lewis, J. Warner Wallace, and others) who have investigated this in order to disprove Jesus’ resurrection. But they’ve ended up becoming believers instead, just as I did!

Since coming to that knowledge 20 years ago, my personal relationship with Jesus Christ has deepened. The more I know Him and depend on His Word, the more I love Him. Knowing Jesus is what keeps us in touch with reality because He is the biggest reality there is. Those who suppress that truth are missing much and are forever searching for meaning in life.

Sometimes, like a good parent, God uses tough love. Who of us likes being disciplined? I know I don’t. Nonetheless, His love is the most beautiful and real love that there is.

When you love God “with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength… and love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:30-31), your whole life changes.
