“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Matthew 28:19-20
Millennials (those born between 1980 and 2000) have a trend that differentiates them from prior generations. They tend to change job careers at a higher rate. There are a number of factors that contribute to this, but one is their deep desire to find work that is meaningful.
Is this bad? Not necessarily. Within all of us is a desire to do meaningful work. The challenge is that life circumstances do not always lead to a job we feel fulfills that desire. Does that mean we are living without meaning? Are we not capable of making a real impact? Not at all!
Take joy every day knowing that Jesus has His own economy. His business is to build His church, all His beloved who will occupy the Kingdom of God with Him forever. He completes this work by employing us and equipping us with the powerful gospel message.
Friends, rejoice that you are on a mission with Jesus in the neighborhoods and work places where God has sovereignly placed you. Your impact can be eternal and life changing. It does not get more meaningful than that.
