A Special Message From Charles Morris

Even as the events of 2020 unfold, another truth remains. It’s that time of year when gardens transform from seedbeds to harvest. In this video, Charles Morris reflects on this from his backyard salad garden.

At Haven, we believe it’s our role to plant seeds as the Lord brings the harvest. No matter what’s going on in the world, we will be there to cover it and shine a light on Jesus. As we approach the end of our fiscal year on June 30, would you pray about how you can help Haven plant seeds for the harvest?

I have heard Haven for many years and believe you are a truly Godly broadcast. (I also so miss your fabulous chorale music from the past. As a perfectionistic musician myself, I especially loved the hymns and songs chosen, the superb harmony and outstanding arrangements of the pieces chosen.) But your current musicians and songs are also outstanding.
I am a retiree in my seventies and believe God wants me to help financially so will do so. God bless you all.

There is such a rich legacy of music in Haven’s history. I am glad you have a fondness for the quartet, as well as the music we share on the program today. Thank you so much for your kind words and support. God bless you, too!

I thank The LORD for Haven Today which airs on KCMI radio 97.1 fm from Scottsbluff Nebraska. I especially appreciate the encouragement that has come from the program during this COVID19 pandemic. Jesus said we would face many trials and troubles in this world. But am so thankful that Haven shares the Good News about Jesus!! Thank you for being on the radio!

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m glad you found Haven’s coverage of COVID-19 encouraging. It was our hope to shine a light on Christ and how he was at work throughout the crisis, rather than focusing on all the terrible news. May the Lord continue to walk with you through the trials and troubles of this world.
