“Unplanned” 2019 Official Trailer

Unplanned is the inspiring true story of one woman’s journey of transformation.

All Abby Johnson ever wanted to do was help women. As one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation, she was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women about their reproductive choices. Her passion surrounding a woman’s right to choose even led her to become a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, fighting to enact legislation for the cause she so deeply believed in.

Until the day she saw something that changed everything, leading Abby Johnson to join her former enemies at 40 Days For Life, and become one of the most ardent pro-life speakers in America.

Thank God that my parent’s believed that Life begin’s at conception. God is an Awesome God, I thank Him for the life that I’ve been given.

Just something to think about….It has more power and support than it would otherwise have because their is not enough help for women or maybe men for things a gyn might help with, but people with no insurance (which is less people than previously, but still a lot that fall in the cracks) cant afford to go through a lot of test for various unknown health issues. Some people dont qualify for health welfare programs because of no income, but assets that cant be sold or other reasons. So, some women might have breast or reproductive cancer that isnt caught early enough because they cant afford to go to a doctor. Because the stigma of Planned Parenthood being all about abortions some people put off going to them for help until it has advanced. This probably doesnt happen to people that have been on welfare, but to people who are between jobs or have other problems. If there are other health care agencies that dont require jumping through hoops when symptoms appear and people are starting to panic, they need to be advertised. So people support PP or stay neutral because of knowing there is a chance they or someone they know may need them one day for some possible cancer or other reason.

Thanks for sharing, Tommie. This sheds light on some of the nuance that isn’t often considered when debating the issue. There isn’t an easy answer, but this helps move the conversation forward.
